Influence of the different delivery models on cloud security solutions
There are three delivery models for cloud services: Private Cloud, Hybrid Cloud and Public Cloud.
Private cloud
The private cloud is generally the model with the highest level of security. This is because the IT infrastructure is designed for access by a single company.
Public Cloud
The situation is different with the public cloud, where all data is stored on the cloud provider's computers. The provider manages the cloud data of all its customers in one infrastructure.
Hybrid Cloud
Finally, there is the hybrid cloud, a combined model in which the most important cloud applications and core processes run in a private cloud and the rest of the applications and data are in one or more public clouds.
