How much does an agent cost?
Each agent costs CHF 590.– per month, excl. VAT. If you book all six agents, you get a 10 % bundle discount with Swiss GRC Hosting or 5 % without our hosting.
What is an agent run and what does AI usage cost?
One run is one evaluated object, for example a piece of evidence, a control, a risk or a supplier. Each customer gets 50 runs per month included in the agent fee. Beyond that, each run costs CHF 0.70, excl. VAT. A monthly limit protects you from surprises. The language models run in Switzerland.
Is there support with a guaranteed response time?
Yes, with the Support & SLA package: 20 hours for CHF 3'900.–, valid for 12 months. We respond to critical issues within 4 business hours and to normal issues within 1 business day. Every request immediately receives an acknowledgement with a ticket number.
Do we need Swiss GRC Hosting?
No. The agents work best on our platform, but you can also connect them to your existing environment. This requires a one-off integration at a fixed price of CHF 5'000.–. It applies per environment and covers all agents. Each additional agent is set up at no extra integration cost.
What is the difference between an AI agent and a chatbot?
A chatbot answers questions. An agent completes tasks: it understands the context of your GRC data, drafts reports, flags risks proactively and reconciles data between systems.
How does the agent know what our policies say?
The agent uses retrieval-augmented generation (RAG). It draws on the documents and processes stored in the platform and backs up its answers with sources.
Does the AI make decisions on its own?
No. We work on the human-in-the-loop principle. The agent prepares and recommends. Approval always lies with a responsible person.
How are the savings calculated?
The calculator takes your current ISMS costs (FTE times full cost) and deducts the share that the selected agents typically take over, up to a maximum of 60 %. The platform and agent costs are then added back.
